Dean Ege let everyone know that the N.Y. Bike Trip firefighters that visited Mendota last year as part of their trip have now written a book. The reason for the book is to give back to the greater community, to raise awareness at the local level of the sacrifices made by our police, military, first responders and firefighters. The intent of the book is for communities across the nation to raise funds from this book to support those in need in their community. http://www.journeythroughtheheartland.com
