Treasurer’s report: Approved and attached motion by Brother Frank to pay all outstanding bills passed

Membership: No changes

Fund raising: Please get tickets 50/50 sold and returned A.S.A.P.  Our Treasurer could use some income!

Resources: No Report

Conference: January 6th and 7th, 2007 at Sauk Valley Community College. Chairman Bryant states there will be an early registration for the conference on Friday night from 6-10 PM more info to follow

Water Fight: No Report

Funeral detail: Continue to look for people interested in serving in the Honor Guard. There will be a two day training session at the Jan 2007 Conference.

Website: no report and again good job to the Webmaster Jim for his fine work again.

Old Business:  The Confined space trailer is now on its first tour of training at the Monroe Township Fire Department, It will then travel to the Elburn Fire Department for practice.  Who ever would like the trailer next contact President Brad or Sec Stoffa for scheduling. Departments are requested to sign and have on file a Hold Harmless Agreement and not transport the unit without expressed permission form BFFA for liability purposes.  Let’s see how the firefighters learn from it. If you don’t have the required gear i.e.: tripod and harnesses contact a neighboring department and schedule a joint training. If you have not seen the unit, you will appreciate it and the work that went into it. As always, BFFA welcomes any comments or suggestions to make training better!
